Short Term Sublet - 20 to 28 June

8 Days SUBLET - From June 20th to June 28th - £250 bills inc.

Hello there,

I am leaving for 8 days and I'd like to sublet my room. It's a quite small cozy double but has a wardrobe and a chest of drawer to store your clothes. You can use all the kitchen stuff you find. Plus, you will get 2 shelves on the fridge and a whole cupboard in the kitchen.

We have a lovely bathroom, living room and small front patio from where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The room faces Peckham road, so sometimes is a bit noisy. Tho, you get used to and, on the bright side, the bus stop is just in front of our flat.

You'll share the communal spaces with two LGBTQ+ friendly males, very respectful and kind. I'm sure you'll get along well. All I ask is that you don't smoke inside the house and that you are a decent human being. Also, you pay what you break, easy.

No carpet in the flat.
