This is a spacious bright basement flat for (single occupancy only).

The flat consists of a separate sitting/dining area independent from the landlord. The double bedroom's bay window overlooks the garden.

The kitchen door leads to the garden.

The lodger has their own entrance to the house.

The flat has been completely redecorated throughout and recently had
a new kitchen fitted.

The bathroom is on the ground floor which is for the lodger's use only other than the use of the washing machine.

The lodger should have some affinity with dogs as we have a Jack Russell who is very friendly and sociable and may like to make the occasional visit to the new member of the household.

It is important that the lodger is respectful of the household and is not someone who enjoys raucous parties till the early hours of the morning as this will be a recipe for disaster.
