Huge Double Room in Denmark Hill flat + Garden

Huge Victorian flat on Denmark Hill with two bedrooms, high ceilings, wooden floors throughout and leafy view of a very large garden from the bedrooms.

This is for the master bedroom, a very large room that catches the sun through the afternoon.

The garden itself is so big you have to see it to believe it, some foxes call it home and cubs most springs, along with many trees. It's a real blessing in the summer if you like green spaces.

Flat is unfurnished but my flatmate and I have furnished it

It’s a 4 minute walk to Denmark Hill Overground station and Ruskin Park.

You’d be sharing with me a 33 y/o, working as a tutor/teacher. Big into fitness, also love live music, festivals, history, movies, books and playing guitar when I have lots of time (dont worry its electric and I use headphones in my room). Also quite fond of environmentalism and used to be involved with that kind of activism when I had more time.

Theres a great cinema setup in the living room and i like to whack on a weekly Sunday movie often with my current flatmate. Always up for a chat after work and watching something to decompress
