Double bed, room in Camberwell

We are two guys living in a maisonette in Camberwell. Our third housemate is moving and we need a friendly folk to replace her. The contract would be beginning of November 2024 - end October with the possibility to extend.

The house has a lovely open living room and kitchen area, gets a lot of natural light and is set in a quiet road so is quite peaceful. It's a 7-minute walk to Denmark Hill station with great transport links.

The bedroom itself is the smaller of the three and so it is a lower rent than the other two bedrooms. Still a double bed and plentiful storage space and a good desk space downstairs in the living room for you to work on if needed.

We both work full-time and so only work from home one day a week (usually Fridays). We're sociable but pretty relaxed and not party animals. We also like to keep the house clean.
