We are looking for a fifth flatmate to move into our shared home in Camberwell/Peckham, available from the start of October. Viewings being held on Wednesday 27 November (eve); Sunday 1 December (afternoon); and Tuesday 3 December (eve) :)

- Garden with fruit trees, sunset views - nice for sitting out into the evening in spring/summer
- Large home with especially generous communal spaces and organised, spacious storage in basement
- Vegetarian kitchen
- Bills around £140 - covers electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax, TV license, fortnightly cleaner
- £30-40 per month towards a group Sainsburys shop (basic shared kitchen and bathroom products, and laundry and cleaning products), and a cleaner who comes every two weeks

A bit about us

- We are a mixture of late 20s flatmates, working in the charity sector, urban design, accountancy, and teaching
- We enjoy cooking communally when we can and catching up over teas and beers
- Very chill and friendly household, quiet weeknights - we all work day time hours Mon-Fri, so looking for someone on similar working hours.

- Easy to get to Victoria/London bridge from Denmark hill or Peckham Rye (both 10 minutes walk away)
- Great food and nightlife a stroll away in Camberwell and Peckham
