Hi! We are looking for somebody to take a double room in our 2-room flat in Camberwell/Brixton from early/mid September 2024…

The Room:
• Bright double room with ample storage space.
• Available fully furnished (new bed & mattress, shelving system with clothes rail, chest of drawers).
• Solid walls and hardwood floor.
• Lockable door.

The Flat:
• Modern kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine.
• Comfortable living room with tv.
• Bathroom includes bathtub.
• Secure entry to block and flat.

Location:
The flat is on the border of Camberwell and Brixton and is close to plenty of major transport links, great places to eat & drink, and essential amenities. It is perfect for somebody working at King’s!

• Camberwell Green

• Ideally professional
• Clean, considerate and reliable
• A single occupant - sorry, no couples.
• Ideally in the same age bracket as us (30-35) but not essential!

• Sociable but definitely respect privacy
• Keep busy with hobbies (ballet/running/making clothes), but also make time to cook well and for tv marathons…

Contract:
• 12mo contract (07/09/24 - 07/09/25).
• £950/mo incl. bills (Council tax / Gas / Electricity / Water / 500Mbps broadband).
• Security deposit of £950 paid upfront (returned at end of tenancy).
