Room available in lovely Camberwell house

We’re looking for a new housemate for our homely, spacious house in Camberwell.

The house is set over 3 floors with 2x bathrooms (1x ground floor and 1x second floor), a large dining/living area, a separate kitchen and an office on the top floor. There's also a large back garden which is great in the summer, and a really convenient bike shed at the front.

It's right in the centre of Camberwell, just next to the Morrisons and around 10 minutes walk to Denmark Hill station, Loughborough Junction and Ruskin Park. It's also really close to the Camberwell bus hub with buses running to central, Oval, Brixton & Peckham - really well connected and easy to get about. Plus Camberwell has loads of fantastic pubs & restaurants.

The two remaining flatmates are Sam and George. Sam’s been here for over two years and George moved in eight months ago, and we both love the house and the area. Sam works in advertising, with a mixture of WFH and being in the office and George works in architecture, and goes to his office most days. We both enjoy a lot of sport (running and climbing) & live music. It’d be great to find a friendly, sociable new housemate who’s up for a drink/dinner from time to time but also equally happy in their own space.

The available room is really spacious, and faces south towards a very quiet road. The room is partially furnished, with a bed and drawers.

The rent is £858.33. Bills aren't included and come to around £150 per month. We’ve just signed a new contract, which includes a break clause in December.
