3-6 week Sublet En-Suite in Camberwell Jan/Feb

I am going away for a few weeks in January/February 2025, so I'm looking I am looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely flat! You will be sharing with my housemate Javier.

The Space
It's a 2 bed ground floor flat in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Camberwell, well connected with Brixton/Stockwell/Loughborough Junction all within about a 15 minute walk. We have a spacious open plan living room / kitchen (well furnished and equipped), and a large shared garden at the back.

The room available has private use of main bathroom (the other bedroom in the flat is also en-suite). You will have a double bed and wardrobe, and the room has double french doors that open out onto a private garden.

You will be sharing the flat with my housemate Javier (38) from Madrid, who works as a chef. He is easy going, tidy and super into his music - he used to work as a music journalist, and has an amazing vinyl collection. One thing to note: it iis very important that anyone who takes the room is respectful of noise, as Javier's working hours mean he goes to bed very early in the evening. So ideally we are looking for someone considerate, who is keen to share a peaceful home.

The length of the sublet is for between 3-6 weeks. I am going away from the middle of January to the middle of February, so something that covers these dates would be ideal, but I am slightly flexible (but 6 weeks is the maximum length the room is available - I will need to move back in when I come back from my trip!)

It is £250 per week including all bills (Energy/Water/Fiber Internet/Council Tax all included) and the deposit is £500.
