Any * Goldsmiths postgrad* interested in taking over my contract for a Double plus room at Town Hall Camberwell? I am planning on moving in with my best friend soon which is why I am looking for someone to take over preferable in February/March.
The room comes furnished, we have got our own private long balcony and big kitchen/shared living space ideal for any wine at sunset situation. It has beautiful large windows so you’ve got a lot of sunlight coming your way. The roof terrace offers the most incredible view over the London skyline.
There’s a Sainsbury’s Local right around the corner and within 10min of walking you can easily get to Morrisons, Lidl and Co-op. The nearest bus stop is literally across the street and getting to Denmark Hill Station takes about 15min by foot. Goldsmith's campus is 20min bus ride away but if you fancy a walk to campus it’ll take you about 45min to get there. And with living in Camberwell you’ve got the opportunity to explore the local area with it's coffee shops (there’s a lovely one right next to the main entrance) and pubs.
All utility bills and wifi are included and you’ve got access to on-site laundrette. If you’ve got any issues whatsoever, the staff is super friendly and eager to help.
The rent is roughly £221 per week.
