Double room in Camberwell/East Dulwich

Hiya,
I’m Jamie and this is my lovely flat in Camberwell/East Dulwich. I’m looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom for a short period of time any time from now. I’m looking for a short term let, maximum 3 months but pretty flexible up to that length! This is when my housemate is planing to move back in.


I'd ideally like to give priority to NHS staff/social care staff if possible, but not exclusively.
The place is a lovely ex-LA 2 bedroom flat on the first floor, with a beautiful balcony overlooking Dog Kennel Hill Woods. It is the end flat on our row so lots of privacy. The kitchen and bathroom have both been renovated recently, and the bedroom has had a recent new lick of paint too! Fully furnished, with bed, built in wardrobe, with a small desk and office chair for WFH plus a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The flat is 8 mins walk to East Dulwich station which has trains to London Bridge, or 10 mins walk to Denmark Hill station which has trains to Victoria, Blackfriars and Kings Cross. It is 15 mins walk down in to Camberwell or East Dulwich, and 20 minutes’ walk to Peckham. Plenty of buses go past on Denmark Hill too. There is a massive Sainsbury's literally 1 minute away and Champion Hill stadium (home to Dulwich Hamlet) is right next door. We have Greendale playing fields a minute away too, so loads of green space nearby. Ruskin Park is 5 minutes’ walk away, and Dulwich Park, Brockwell Park, Burgess Park and Peckham Rye are all just over a mile away in all the different directions. The area is super quiet, tucked away from any main roads. It’s lush to be honest..!

I’m a pretty busy and outgoing person. I work as an NHS social worker and work 9-5 in Camberwell (I work Tues-Friday including from home in the living room on Thursdays). On week day evenings I am only home probably once or twice a week, and then in a bit more on weekends.
