£755 + bills per month (Camberwell)

Hey everyone! Sandy and I are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our three bedroom flat in Camberwell. We ourselves are a spare room success story, hoping to keep the good vibes going!

The flat is located on a quiet road in the heart of Camberwell, it’s got great transport links with many bus routes passing close by our doorstep, as well as Denmark Hill rail and overground station just a 10 minute walk away. Camberwell has a great local restaurant, pub and café scene. We have a plethora of supermarkets as little as a 3 minute walk away (Lidl, Morrisons, Co-op, Tesco express and TFC) as well as some cute charity shops.

The flat has a bright and airy open plan living room/kitchen. As well as a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower which you’d only share with Sandy as my bedroom is an ensuite. The available room is a medium sized double bedroom with high ceilings and a big window which lets in a lot of light. The furniture that comes with the room is the the bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Rent is £755 a month and bills are around £100 a month (+ you’d need to pay a deposit). Move in date is December 31st.

And now a bit about us…

I'm 26, Fine Art graduate from Cambridge, I’ve lived in London for 8 years (in this flat for 5 of those and I love it!). I work full-time at a University Tech Start-up Incubator. I go into the office about 2/3 days per week. Some things I like to do: Jiu Jitsu (most evenings), read, see films and go to galleries.


Sandy is 25, originally from Surrey but has lived in London for 2 years now, she works in social media! Is in the office 3 times a week and enjoys pub trips, watching films and gaming.
Together we like to go on walks around Camberwell, have a pint at our local and watch tv/films! While we like hanging out and catching up, we both value our down time and tend to do most of our socialising outside of the flat with our respective friends.
