The flat is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
It is shared with just one flatmmate (Emily). She is lovely and keeps it tidy and homely. She usually works from home 2 days a week. Good for a home office setup or commuting, plenty of cafes, restaurants bars and shops in the area.
Available to rent for short or long term, until the end of our lease in mid June (can be flexible so please message for more info). Open to removing bed and other furniture if unfurnished is preferred. Bills not included (about £150 usually).
