Double room in quiet flat

A double room in a spacious two-bedroom flat in Camberwell. We are both busy professionals who are mostly out of the flat during the day and until late in the evenings. You have the use of the entire flat we just ask that you are respectful if we are asleep when you get home you keep the noise down etc..... Smoking inside is not allowed but we have a balcony you may smoke on. We have a cute but sometimes grumpy cat who mostly sleeps. He may come for the occasional cuddle.

In the kitchen, we can make space in the cupboards and fridge if needed.

You are welcome to join us in the living room if we are home or have as much space as you need in your room.

You will be sharing a spacious bathroom with us and we can make space for your things.

The flat is located next to a park and Elephant and Castle Tube station is easily accessible by bus or foot
