🏡 Location: Nestled between Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill Overground stations (just a 10-minute walk), our home is an easy commute to both central and outer London. Alternatively, loads of buses connect Camberwell to central London and beyond, and it’s a 25-minute stroll to Oval station and the Northern Line. We’ve got loads of great pubs and a couple of great parks nearby.

💡 Household Details:

> Bills: Split evenly among three housemates (council band C).
> Cleanliness: We share the cost of a cleaner who visits every other week to spruce up the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
> Atmosphere: We’re a laid back house, Ed (30) and Eleri (29). When we are in, we love a glass of wine and a film and do like the occasional pub trip. We value independence but equally like hanging out when we’re all in and are definitely partial to a house takeaway once in a while.
> Occupation: We are both working professionals. Eleri works from home on the occasion, while Ed never does.

📅 Availability:
The room is free from June 2nd. We’ll begin with a 6-month contract, followed by a flexible 1-month rolling arrangement.
