A double room is available for rent in a bright three-bed flat in Camberwell, for three months from the date of moving in.

Location:
The flat is situated between Camberwell and Walworth high streets, with Burgess Park just around the corner. The closest transport links are via bus directly next to/opposite the flat, and provide links to all areas of London. Denmark Hill overground station is a 15-minute walk away, and Elephant and Castle station is a 15-minute bus ride away.

Tidying the kitchen after cooking is essential. Every week, common areas are cleaned by a cleaner (included in the cost of the rent).

We are two professional live-in landlords (three if you include the very shy but friendly cat). Both usually cycle to work, however one of us is working from home at the moment.

Ideally looking for someone chilled, tidy and clean. A cat-friendly housemate would be amazing.

Rio (the cat) is very affectionate but can be wary of new people. He spends most of the time inside the flat sleeping and cuddling.
