Double room is available for rent in a bright three bed flat in Camberwell, available from May 4th (dates flexible).

Location:
The flat is situated in between Camberwell and Walworth high streets, with Burgess park just around the corner. Closest transport links are via bus directly next to/opposite the flat, and provide links to all areas of London. Denmark Hill overground station is a 15 min walk away, and Elephant and Castle station a 15 minute bus ride away.

Tidying kitchen after cooking is essential. Once every two weeks common areas and housekeeping will be covered by cleaner (all-included).

We are two professionals live-in landlords (three if you include the very shy but friendly cat). Both cycle to work.

Ideally looking for someone chilled, tidy and clean. A cat friendly housemate would be amazing.

The main landlord Rio (the cat) is very affectionate but can be wary of new people. He spends most of the time inside the flat sleeping and cuddling.
