Friendly flatshare next to Myatt's Fields Park

Greetings!

We have a double bedroom to rent in a ground floor flat next to Myatt's Fields Park.

The room is spacious, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Available from the 20th of December with a possible flexibility around the earlier move-in date (min. 1 year contract, lodger agreement).

We are located in the SE5 area, between Camberwell and Oval, next to the charming Myatt's Fields Park. The flat is on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room (used occasionally as a bedroom by our lovely landladies), dining room, a kitchen and a storage room. We also have a small patio in the back that is part of a larger communal garden.

You would be sharing the flat with two (lovely) girls in their late 20s, Eden and myself.

It’s a warm and friendly household, so we are looking for someone who could bring even more love to our home :)

The rent is £800/month including bills.
