We have a room available in our three bedroom house share in Camberwell. Located on a quiet street near Burgess Park, we are looking for someone to move in early June. Well positioned, it is located between Elephant & Castle tube, Kennington tube and Denmark Hill overground, as well as a short walk to major bus routes. Ideally we are looking for someone to move in long term.
About the room:
Located on the top floor, the room is furnished with a double bed, side tables and wardrobe. Two velux skylights for plenty of light and a good amount of in-built storage.
About the house:
A spacious living room and open, bright kitchen. There is one bathroom on the top floor with a shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. Extra storage is available around the house. Unfortunately we don’t have a garden but we are minutes away from Burgess Park. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Rent and bills:
The rent is £825 pcm. Bills are around £100 pcm, which include council tax, water, gas & electric, internet and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £600.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is respectful and relaxed. Suited to a mature student or professional, we would like someone who is happy to go to the pub together but values their own space.
About us:
We are all mid thirties and a mix of postgraduate students and a design creative. We have lived together for a while and enjoy spending time together, going to the pub and out to eat but we also enjoy our quiet time. We like to keep the common areas tidy and treat the space like a home.
