Top floor ensuite room in central Camberwell

A large room with an ensuite bathroom in the centre of Camberwell. It's the top floor of a Georgian terraced house with amazing views over Canary Wharf.

The house is very central in Camberwell with a wide range of supermarkets, cafes and shops within a five-minute walk and lots of amazing bars, restaurants and takeaway spots within a ten-minute walk. Also between a number of parks in Ruskin, Myatt's Field and Burgess.

The current flatmates are two women, one who works in smart cities tech and the other a science PhD student, who keep the place clean, with a chill and friendly vibe. Looking for someone who is the same!

Transport is good with loads of buses going within a two-minute walk, a short walk to Denmark Hill and Loughborough junction and a 25-minute walk (or short bus) to Oval or Brixton.

Parking is possible with a permit. Also, Florence and the Machine sing about the pub at the end of the road and the area in general so you can count on the quality of the area!

Bills come to £80-100 currently for energy, water £25-30, council £133 and broadband around £40.

As an FYI we are currently on a one-month rolling contract and as a result the rent could increase with a month's notice. £875 is fantastic value at the moment so I don't think a possible increase would be unreasonable. We don't want anyone to be shocked so we are being very prudent in recommending that people be able to afford up to £1,200 - this would be a very big jump though and I believe that £1,050 is a more realistic upper limit.
