Double room in social house share (12 week sublet)

Hello! We've got a room available in our house share in Camberwell to sublet from 20th March until early to mid-June

The house/ location!

It's a super social house, lots of pub trips, friends round for dinner, film nights, making the most of the garden and the amazing Brunswick park which is about 10 metres from the front door.

We all enjoy our own space too - the house is really spacious and never feels crowded.

There's three bathrooms in the house, you're welcome to use the bath on the second floor.

It's a 10 - 15 walk to Denmark Hill and the overground to East London, or a 10 minute train to Victoria. 15 minute bus to Oval to the Northern line and 20 mins to Vauxhall and Victoria line. Also a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the house which goes all over.

5 minute walk from Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express, 10 minute walk to Morrison's, Lidl and Co-op.

5 - 10 minute walk to all of the best pubs in South East London.

Your room!

Ground floor room right next to a bathroom with a shower shared with one other housemate who's on the first floor. All furniture pictured will stay.

Us!

We're Alice, Kate, Beth and Rob. We're all good friends, having met through Spareroom and lived here for 4 years. Alice works in the charity sector, Kate in audiobook production, Beth is a musician and Rob is a teacher. The girls are also all in a band together - there's a keyboard in the living room you're welcome to play any time!

We're all super considerate of each other and try to keep the house clean and tidy, whilst understanding that some days it's easier to keep on top of things than others! We have a cleaner who visits fortnightly who is the nicest man in the world. The clean costs £15 each.

The room will be available from 20th March so would be amazing if you're able to move in around then :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
