Part-time lodger wanted for 2-3 nights per week in large double room in new build flat in Camberwell.
Light, warm and spacious room with floor-to-ceiling window and double bed in our Camberwell 2-bedroom flat for a part-time weeknight lodger, available from August 2024. The room has a small desk and a fitted wardrobe with full-length mirrors.
The flat is on a quiet street with good connections (Zone 2) and has a bike storage area. There are lots of parks nearby. Suitable for someone who needs to be within easy commuting distance of central London. The flat does not have a parking spot.
Sharing with me and my partner. We are both sociable and friendly NGO workers (therapist and project manager) and tend to keep things quiet during the weekdays (not a party house).
The flat is warm, clean and has all the amenities. There is a shared living room and bathroom, as well as a balcony with seating area for when the sun is out. You will have your own storage area in the kitchen cupboard and fridge freezer and access to all cooking facilities and equipment. All bills and council tax are included in the cost, and we are happy to share the odd meal/beverage (when our schedules align!)
The cost quoted is for 3 nights a week. For 2 nights per week this can be reduced.
Must be LGBT+ friendly. Preference given to vegan/vegetarian/pescetarian but all welcome.
