The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and has a detached bathroom for the sole user of the new tenant. There is a nice and very large living space and a very nice kitchen area.
Camberwell is very well connected in terms of buses, tubes and overground trains. Usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes to get pretty much everywhere across London.
The other tenant is very friendly and has been living in London for more than 2 years now. Very easy and usually busy with work. Happy to hang out during the weekend.
Looking for a short-term tenant for just 2 months for the summer (Ideally between mid-June to Mid-August).
