A cosy double room is available to rent in a big, breezy, garden home in Camberwell (SE5) from July 20!
Rent is £855 + 120 (bills) fixed till July 2025!
Apart from a huge living room, kitchen and garden for rest and relaxation, there are plenty of communal working areas in the house with a spare (second) living room as well!
We're a green house! We built our own compost in our garden and practice other sustainable practices
Meet us - Ru, Abhi and Jamie
Ru: I'm 27, architect in victoria. I'm into collecting records, going out for street food, seeing concerts and comedy shows and I enjoy having me time at home.
Abhi: Hello! I'm 27, I work at a digital rights NGO in Central! I love music, enjoy dancing, reading, writing and li'l trips to galleries. I cannot live without coffee and am quite addicted to houseplants.
Jamie (moving in also on 20 July): I'm also 27 and work in human rights like Abhi (I went to school with her). I like to read, write, cook, travel, see shows, watch films, and other fun things
We're a friendly, chill house - we're social as well as very respectful of personal space and we're looking for a similar vibe from our new roommate

I'm looking for a clean roommate (ideally a young professional, 25 or over but open to all) who enjoys socialising but also comfy giving each other personal space.
