Really good location close to Peckham Rye and Camberwell high street which both have great places to eat/drink/hang out. The landlord is really chill - great room/house for the money. Looking for someone chilled to move in, preferably longer term. The decor of the room is slightly different than in the picture. The room includes a wardrobe, desk, bed and 2 bedside cabinets.
