The flat is in Zone 2 with good transport connections (0.4 miles to Denmark Hill Station, 0.6 miles to Loughborough Junction Station, 1.3 miles to Brixton / Oval Stations) but is particularly ideal for cyclists with an outdoor secure bike storage area. Suitable for someone who needs to be within easy commuting distance of central London (I cycle to Holborn each day in 15 - 20 minutes). The flat does not have a parking spot. There are lots of parks nearby.
Sharing with me and my adorable cat. I am a sociable and friendly lawyer who works hard and plays a lot of music in his spare time (hence the guitars and drum kit…). I tend to keep things quiet during the weekdays (not a party flat) but am busier at the weekend seeing friends etc. I am pretty active (running / working out / /cycling) and I love trying out new things, and getting stuck into a gripping tv show.
The flat is warm, clean (with a fortnightly cleaner) and has all the amenities. There is a very large shared living room with a huge sofa / TV area, space for music as well as a balcony with seating area for when the sun is out. You will have your own storage area in the kitchen cupboard and fridge freezer and access to all cooking facilities and equipment. All bills, council tax and service charge are included in the cost, and I am happy to share the odd meal/beverage (when our schedules align!)
