En-suite Double in Camberwell

Hey!

We're on the hunt for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bed flat in Camberwell. It's a fantastic spot, just a stone's throw from all the cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Plus, Denmark Hill station is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of bus links to Oval tube station and central London.

The room available is an unfurnished double with its own en-suite on the top floor. Rent is £900, not including bills, which come to around £160 (covering Wi-Fi, council tax, energy, water, TV license, and a fortnightly cleaner).

You can move in on the 26th of July, but we're flexible with the date.

Our shared living spaces are clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you might need.

You'll be living with Jude (31) from Belfast and Tom (30) from Newcastle. We're both professionals working in brand partnerships and design, respectively. We're easygoing and always out and about, enjoying cycling, football, running, cooking.
