I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this lovely two bedroom flat in Camberwell! It is just next to Burgess Park, with a bus stop with links to central London outside and Oval, Kennington and Denmark Hill stations all within walking distance!
The rent is £895 per month plus £165 in bills (utilities, council tax, broadband and TV licence).
I’m 26 and I work in law. I enjoy having relaxed and easy going evenings after work, especially cooking and watching the odd TV show. But I also enjoy being social and having my friends around at times, so I’d like a flatmate who is sociable who can join in and also want to have their own friends round as well. I also enjoy playing tennis, (lots of courts nearby!), going to gigs and visiting all the best local pubs and food places around Camberwell!
