Hi everyone! We have a lovely double room available in our cosy, well-maintained home.

The house has a really warm, homely feel, with a good-sized bathroom, a bright kitchen/dining space, and a nice outdoor patio area. (Just a note – there’s no living room.)

The room itself is a comfortable double with a window overlooking the patio and includes storage. The video shows its current setup, while the photos reflect how a previous flatmate styled it.

Rent: £650 + bills (approx. £110/month)

We’re ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term sublet who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We’re also a very chilled household – not a party house – so we’d love someone who enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment.

You’ll be living with German (Argentinian), who works as a flight attendant and is away most of the week – he’s fun, easygoing, and very clean. I’m Spanish and work as a librarian in a secondary school during weekdays and at a coffee shop on weekends. I’m usually around in the evenings but rarely during the day.

During the summer, I’ll be travelling, so you’ll initially be sharing with a lovely girl called Yuna. I’ll be back from September.

Location: Just off Peckham Road, perfectly situated between Camberwell and Peckham

Only a 10-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station, with quick connections to Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge, and Clapham
