I'm Chad, 33 year old Mental health social worker and I've got two rooms coming up in my pad this August.

The two outgoing housemates are looking to move out on the next rent cycle 16/17th August, however 1 housemate is happy to leave earlier if you were wanting to move in sooner.

The flat sits in a very quiet street in the leafy backstreets of Camberwell, close to two high streets, every bus you could need, and a short walk to two train stops.

The rooms are decent sizes for London standards, and the communal spaces are ready for 2 fresh eyes who want to turn it into a home.

The flat would suit two working professionals and to keep a gender balance, 1 male and 1 female (Or NB a bonus!). LGBTQA+ household. Definitely not a bring everyone back from a night out house, but more of a get ready and chill to go out kinda house.
