We have a room coming up for rent in October in our lovely Camberwell house as one of our current housemates is moving in with her boyfriend. But this loss could be your gain!
The Room:
A great sized room furnished with double bed and wardrobe.
The House:
Spacious 4 bed house with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a garden. All standard kitchen amenities (including dishwasher and tumble dryer). We also have a cleaner that cleans communal areas once a fortnight.
TV has all streaming services because we like to get cosy and watch films / rot on a hangover under our duvet covers together. Close to supermarkets and LOADS of great pubs.

Your Potential New Housemates:
We are 3 females who became housemates and friends on SpareRoom. We love hanging out, having dinner, drinking wine and watching movies together etc.
The Numbers Part:
Rent - £900 per month
Bills - Around £130 per month - fluctuates over winter/summer. Includes water, gas/electric, council tax (band E), internet, alarm system and cleaner.
