NOTE: this is a SUBLET from 18th September- 11th October (negotiable). Rent would be £740 ALL IN for this 3 week period.

Temporarily moving out of my house in loughborough junction and looking for someone to take the double room over.

here is some of the headline information...

LOCATION:

The house is in a super location. A 10 min walk to brixton station and also a 10 min walk to camberwell which both have great pubs, shops, and vibes to them. Ruskin park and brockwell park nearby so great green spaces.

For those working in central loughborough junction station takes you to blackfriars in 10 mins with trains every 15 mins. The house is a literal minute walk from the station so super easy to get to

There's tons of shops near the house with a tesco, co-op and nisa. A 24 hour nisa is a 30 second walk away so is super useful for any last minute needs or snacks post night-out

HOUSEMATES:

The flatmates are super friendly - a mix of brits and aussies who are always happy for a pub trip, game of tennis, or board game night in - but also happy to respect your own space too. Most people within the house met through spareroom so just shows how friendly they are!
