Description
Hi, we're looking for someone to replace our flatmate in our three bedroom flat, who's moving back home. You’d be living with Pierce and me (both 25). Pierce is a final-year medicine student and a keen climber. I work as a wind energy analyst and like to run and play cello. We like to have a good chat in the kitchen and the odd pint but also respect everyone's space. We’re looking for someone who’d be a friendly and tidy flatmate.
The room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. There’s also space for a desk. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, 15 minutes to Denmark Hill Station and 20 minutes to Brixton tube. It’s also very easy to cycle to central (about 20 minutes).
The lease will continue until the end of April 2026 and then become a rolling contract from May 2026. We’re ideally looking for someone who is planning to stay for a year or more. In the past, the landlady has been flexible about a tenant leaving early and finding a replacement for themselves if an unexpected need arises. Bills aren’t included in the rent and usually come to about £150 per month (averaged over the year). Pierce and I will try to both be in for viewings, although it may be just one of us.
