Double room in Camberwall flatshare

Hi, we're looking for someone to replace our flatmate in our three bedroom flat. You’d be living with Pierce and me (both 26). Pierce is a final-year medicine student and a keen climber. I work as a wind energy analyst and like to run and play cello. We like to have a good chat in the kitchen and the odd pint but also respect everyone's space. We’re looking for someone who’d be a friendly and tidy flatmate.

The room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. There’s also space for a desk. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, 15 minutes to Denmark Hill Station and 20 minutes to Brixton tube. It’s also very easy to cycle to central (about 20 minutes).


Pierce and I will both be moving out this summer, and you should be able to choose new flatmates yourself then together with the landlady.
Bills aren’t included in the rent and usually come to about £120-£150 per month (averaged over the year).

The move in date is 20th June with some flexibility.
