Double room in Camberwall flatshare

We’re renewing the lease for our three bedroom flat for another year and are looking for someone to take over our flatmate’s room, who’s leaving London. You’d be living with Pierce and me, we’re both 24 and like to climb. Pierce is a medicine student and I work as a wind energy analyst. We like to have a good chat in the kitchen and the odd pint but also respect everyone's space. We’re looking for someone who’d be a friendly and tidy flatmate.

The room comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. There’s also space for a desk. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction Station, 15 minutes to Denmark Hill Station and 20 minutes to Brixton tube. It’s also very easy to cycle to central (about 20 minutes).

The lease is 12 months but it could be possible to leave earlier if needed and find a replacement for yourself. Bills aren’t included in the rent and usually come to about £70 per month.
