I am subletting my room in our bright and spacious bungalow! The small room, priced at £730 (heating/hot water included), is up for grabs for 3 months. I will be moving in properly after this, but in the meantime need a subletter :).

Bills (energy, water, broadband): ~£65-£75

Location: SE5, so a 12 min walk to Oval Station, close to bus stops and e-bike/scooter/Zipcar spots. It is also near Burgess Park & Walworth Road with great shops and cafes - the area is very green and beautiful. Its 25 minutes from Tottenham Court Road/central!! The price for the location and the flat is a steal ;).

About the House:
The house has a beautiful large living room with a roof window letting lots of light in, with sofas and a dining table. The living room opens up on to two gardens; one paved with a veranda and another further on that is more green with a space to grow veggies and flowers. The kitchen is spacious and can have multiple people cooking at the same time. There are 3 bathrooms - one with a toilet, bath and shower, another with just a shower, and the third with just a toilet.

The room:
As the last flatmate has recently moved out, the room looks a bit different now. The floor to ceiling shelving/wardrobes have been taken out and a smaller one is being put in. The desk remains, and also the dark wallpaper can be taken off if wanted. Very soon I should be able to update the pictures of the room but please reach out in the meantime for any questions.

The flatmates:
You would be living with Parwana, a 27 year old professional who is very grounded and sweet and loves a cosy home.
Simona is a 22 year old student who loves to make jam, hang out with her partner and go on walks in the forest.
Viktor is a 24 year old professional who is outgoing and plays piano (with headphones) and is part of a cuban big band. Everyone loves to unwind and relax at home, with cosy quiet vibes and occasional dinners with friends.

We are looking for:
Ideally, a POC woman (but this is not a necessity :)) who is clean, friendly and is happy to be part of the household but also do their own thing. The house is a safe space so please no drugs, and ideally no bringing men home, although I am sure if discussed with flatmates in advance it would be okay. We want someone who is easy going and sweet.

Payments:
I would need the first months rent in my account by the 12th of August, and after this rent is due on the 15th of every month.
If applies, and there are a few days before 14th of August, I would like to ask for a £50-100 deposit that will be deducted off rent just for security as we are so close to the move in date.

The house is really beautiful and I cannot believe we have found such a gorgeous flat, so near central for such cheap rent. All flatmates are wonderful and very respectful, and are all friends who want to make a nice home together.
