6 Week Flexible Sublet In Camberwell

We are a house of 3 female friends (24yo) looking for another female roommate to take one of our rooms for around the 23rd August - 5 October (reason being one of us will be on holiday!). We have known each other since school/college and are super friendly, originally from Surrey.

This three bedroom split level maisonette is located on Paulet Road in Camberwell. It has large spaces and high ceilings, and other bonuses such as a waterfall shower and air fryer, coffee machine etc. The house has a front door to the building, and another door to our flat which leads to the second floor, so therefore the place has good security.

The bedroom being rented out would come fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, three door wardrobe, and desk with more drawers. If you are a work from homer, I am happy to leave my two monitor screens for you to use :) The kitchen is also fully equipped so you would only need to bring your personal belongings, bedsheets, and clothes etc.

There is no tube station in Camberwell but the nearest train stations are Loughborough Junction (12min walk) or Denmark Hill (19min walk) with the nearest bus stops all between 10-15 min walk, and they get you to to central in about 20-30 mins depending where you need to get to!
