Large master double room to rent in 4-bed spacious Victorian property in the sought-after location of Loughborough junction. Two bathrooms and garden.

Ideal location. Conveniently located between Brixton and Camberwell high streets with access to many shops, bars, gyms and restaurants. Great travel links into the city, Loughborough junction train station is less than a 5min walk away! Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s nearby.

The room, house and flatmates are super lovely and I’ll be SO sad to leave. The room is huge! It has a two large windows which let in loads of sunlight, tall ceilings, a beautiful original fireplace and wooden flooring. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Furnishings include a double bed + mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rails. It has ample space to setup a good WFH office.

The house itself is nice and spacious, has two bathrooms; one with a big bath and power shower, a second stand alone shower room and a downstairs toilet. It has a good sized lounge and kitchen (with all utensils and mod-cons, washing machine, dishwasher etc).

You’ll be sharing with three lovely, friendly flat mates; Alex (32) who works as a chef and runs his own supper clubs, Charlotte (30) works as a journalist, and Julia (25) the newest addition to the house and who just moved over from the states and works in climate communications! You’ll also be living with Alex’ two adorable pooches, Cherry and Pom, who are the main asset of the house tbh lol. They’re the sweetest and may just ask for a cuddle or two. Everyone has their own stuff going on but we regularly hang out together and go to the pub or gym etc. The house has a nice, easy going vibe and we all get along really well.

The bills usually come to between £100-£120 a month, depending on the time of year.
