Cosy room located in central Camberwell

Room available from October 10th. 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill overground station, 25 minute walk to Oval (Northern line) and really good bus connections. Lots of really nice pubs and restaurants, shops and parks, and doesn’t take long to get into Central.

The room is a double rooms. There is also further storage cupboards through the flat. There is a bathroom upstairs with the rooms that is mostly used by 3 people. There is a bathroom downstairs that is usually used by 1 person, but all bathrooms are shared.

Super friendly and social house with a spacious shared living room with open kitchen, terrace and 2 bathrooms (2 showers and toilets) over 2 floors. We share all the homeware items and share the bathrooms.

We’re looking for a friendly and social housemate. We both live busy lives but do like to socialise in the house with each other and each others friends. We would like someone who is likeminded to move in, who is happy to share and hangout in the living room but also are okay with their own space.

In the flat at the moment is 2 boys and 1 girl. We are both professionals working hybrid and 9-5.

We do like to keep the place clean and tidy and we have a cleaner that comes every week which is included in the rent. Although the space is still very lived in and we don’t mind a little bit of clutter.

The heating is also included in the rent. A reference will be required and the tenancy will be for 12 months. Council tax band C.
