I'm away during the Christmas / New Year period for one month and will be renting out my flat.

My 2 bed flat is 5 / 10 minute walk from Camberwell and has a bus stop immediately outside the building with 10 bus routes to central London. It's also a minute walk from the entrance to the lovely Burgess Park.

It's got a large open plan living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom

Perfect for a couple or two sharers who are new to London and / or looking for a base over the holiday period or somewhere temporary while trying to find a long term flat.

I will be holding viewings on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th December. If you are not in London, we could always arrange a video call as an alternative.
