2 Bed Flat Available for 2 Weeks from December20th

Hi Everyone,

I’m going away for 2 weeks over the Christmas break and renting out my flat (I live alone!).

My 2 bed flat is 5 / 10 minute walk from Camberwell and has a bus stop immediately outside the building with 10 bus routes to central London. It's also a minute walk from the entrance to the lovely Burgess Park.

It's got a large open plan living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Perfect for a couple or two sharers who are either new to London or wanting a base over the Christmas period.

I will be holding viewings over the next week or so- I usually work remotely so you come see during the day as well as evenings after work too. If you are not in London, we could always arrange a video call as an alternative.

The price is £350 per week (bills included). I’m away from Saturday 20th December to Sunday 4th January. So it will be £700 if you wanted to stay for the 2 weeks.
