2 Bed Flat Available for 5 Weeks from October 13th

Hi Everyone,

I've just been called to go on a work project aboard for 5 weeks so I’m renting my flat (I live alone!).

My 2 bed flat is 5 / 10 minute walk from Camberwell and has a bus stop immediately outside the building with 10 bus routes to central London. It's also a minute walk from the entrance to the lovely Burgess Park.

It's got a large open plan living area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Perfect for a couple or two sharers who are new to London and / or looking for a base while trying to find a long term flat.

I will be holding viewings from Wednesday 8th October onwards- I usually work remotely so you come see during the day as well as evenings after work too. If you are not in London, we could always arrange a video call as an alternative.

The price is £350 per week (bills included). So will be £1750 if you wanted to stay for the whole 5 weeks. If you want to rent for a shorter period, just let me know, .
