It would be perfect for a 30+ professional who is looking for nice a place to call home, some outside space, quiet and privacy.
The rent is £825 per month. This includes bills apart from those for internet and energy which are split and come to approx. £50 per month pp. (although more for energy in winter months)
One month's rent will also be required as a deposit. It would be preferable if someone can move in around end of September and is looking to stay for at least a year.
The flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian terraced house and has been extended to a modern glass roof top finish. It is located about 12 mins walking distance to either Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye stations. It has a modern open plan living space overlooking a private garden with wooden decking and a shed for extra storage. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom reconstructed from the original cellar.
The garden is currently in need of a bit of TLC so if you are into gardening, planting some flowers/veggies etc. you are very welcome to do so! :)
The room includes high ceilings with lovely period features, wooden flooring and an old-style fireplace. It comes fully furnished in white with a double bed, bedside drawers, a desk, stool, a large wardrobe and plenty of shelves. (actually, it's much nicer than the photo I have of it!) It is also facing the back, rather than the front street which is nice.
