Large, modern flat in Camberwell

Sublet in Camberwell from the 1st October for three months (Oct, Nov, Dec), whilst I go travelling.

The flat is very large, recently refurbished and modern.

The room being sublet is a large double bedroom with lots of natural light and storage.

The room comes with an en-suite bathroom.

There is space for a desk however I have always worked from the desk in the living room (see last picture), when working from home, you would be welcome to do so as well as all other flatmates have desks in their rooms.

The room comes with a TV, washing basket and clothes rail (to supplement the two chests of draws), however we can get rid of these if you prefer as these are all mine. Happy to leave them in if you would like to use them though.

The flat has a washing machine, dryer (comes in very handy) and a dishwasher, as well as ironing board, hoover etc. As we have been living here for a year now we have cutlery/crockery/cooking utensils, but you would also be welcome to bring your own.

Denmark Hill train station is a 10 min walk. We also benefit from 24hr bus service.

You are able to get to the City/Canary Wharf within 30 mins.

Camberwell is a vibrant location with lots of cool restaurants and pubs. We are lucky to have great food in the area, with pretty much every cuisine within a 5 minute walk of the flat. There are lots of nice pubs in walking distance, with the Grove House Tavern being our personal favourite.

The two other flatmates you will be living with are both girls, 24 and 25 with professional jobs in the city. Both are extremely sociable and enjoy going out on the weekends, however are busy professionals in the week.
