We are looking for a third flatmate for our homely and lived-in flat in the heart of Camberwell.

We are on a quiet road, one road back from excellent shops, restaurants and buses, with a 15-min walk to Denmark Hill overground. Shared living room, terrace, large kitchen, on-street parking available. One WC.

After a recent reshuffle, the room available is an affordably-priced box room on the lower level of our 2.5 storey flat.

We are two cis men, one LGBT. One professional engineer and one MA student artist. There is also a young ginger cat named Henry who is unemployed.

Ideal first flat for a professional moving to London with only personal belongings or a student who doesn't mind contributing to council tax.

Available immediately and for immediate viewing after plans fell through. Our estate agents are useless but also no trouble.
