Room in Georgian House Conversion, Huge Garden

I'm looking to move out of the flat as I'm moving in with my partner.

To be honest I'm sad to be leaving such a gorgeous flat, which is ideally located so near to Denmark Hill station on the overground and connected bus routes, so close to Camberwell, Ruskin Park, so many pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Not only that but my flatmate Raph has been so great to live with this past year, so considerate, showed me all the best places to visit around London, and in the local area. Also he has great chat.

I'm looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, friendly, and has their own social life.

The flat and room are spacious, have high ceilings, and lots of natural light.

The garden is actually huge! It's shared with the other tenants of the building but is usually quiet. The garden has some seating in a sunspot, with a longer table for large groups under the cover of some trees, next to a BBQ. There's also a small pond at the end. Beautiful flowers in spring and summer.

The neighbours are really friendly, sometimes you'll see the cats in the garden, but they usually mind their own business.

Bathroom has a tiny bit of damp, but this has been flagged to the landlord. We've just had a new ventilator installed, as well as a new washing machine.
