Two teachers and best mates looking for a third flat mate to replace our current flat mate who is moving in with his partner.

We are both very sporty, sociable and also like to spend time reading and have plenty of hobbies. We love exploring London on weekends and having fun and interesting events in our diaries. As teachers we are out of the house for the majority of the midweek, making it perfect for someone working from home who wants space and quiet during the working week.

We absolutely adore this property and are determined to stay here for another year. It is incredibly well connected, with the most glorious rooftop and as a maisonette it feels more spacious than any typical London flat.

The room is the master bedroom in the property. It has an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and a stunning view over a private tennis court. The bedroom is unique as it is circular in shape which facilitates a huge amount of window space, providing a spacious and well-lit feel.

The property has an enormous private rooftop terrace. It is perfect for summer BBQs and the occasional gathering. It has great views over London and is a real USP for the property.

The property is in the heart of Camberwell, meaning it is very well connected to local transport (Denmark Hill) and a variety of London bus routes. It is situated next to a number of fantastic Camberwell pubs and independent restaurants.
