Hi all, I have 2 spacious double rooms available in a 3 bed fully-furnished modern flat in Camberwell / Elephant and Castle.

Room 1: £1040
Room 2: £1020

Both rooms:
- Very spacious, furnished double room with en-suite
- Both rooms come with a double bed, desk, 2 mirrored wardrobes and a chest of drawers
- Lots of storage space including under bed storage

The flat:
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Kitchen with 2 ovens, dishwasher and induction hob

About me:
- I’m 27, in full-time employment. I’m always up for a little get together in the evenings to catch up but also enjoying having some alone time!

About you:
- Looking for someone in full-time employment, preferably someone who works in the office (but I don’t mind if you work once or twice a week at home!)
- Clean, respectable and a good communicator

The area:
- The flat is located just outside the bus stop (which runs 24/7) that can get you pretty much anywhere
- Closest tube stations are Elephant & Castle and Kennington (0.5 miles away). Both are roughly a 20 minute walk but you can also take the bus that can get you there in less than half the time
- Sainsbury’s local and Iceland just 2 minute walk away
- Opposite Burgess park which has tennis courts and football fields

Rent:
This will be a new tenancy agreement starting on September 25th. Bills are not included in the rent, but they roughly come to around £120 pm each.
