Double room in Camberwell

Hello! This is an add to find a 3rd housemate for a split level terraced flat in Camberwell! We move into the house 20th September, so the third room is available then.

The house enters at ground level with a lounge, decent sized kitchen and a toilet/shower. This then leads into a massive patio garden with a table and chairs which should be good in the summer! The three bedrooms are downstairs and are all doubles. Two of the rooms are about the same size, with one having a bit more space, all have space for a desk. I think the photos make the rooms look smaller than they are in reality - all of them have a wardrobe at the end and a decent amount of space. We looked round a fair few 3/2 beds, and we really liked this one!

Location is central Camberwell, about 10 minutes walk from Denmark Hill Station (Thames link to central/overground/national rail) and a stones throw from Peckham Road bus routes to Oval/Northern line (20 mins). Also about 10 minutes to Peckham itself.

About us: We're two 27 year old friends from uni (Adam and Ranko). We're both pretty active, like music events, cooking, TV shows, v easy going and sociable. We both work 9-5's so someone who's on a similar pattern might work best, but not a deal breaker!

Hoping to get a 3rd housemate in who's keen to do some stuff/sociable, and who's got a some similar interests!
