30s Female for Room in Shared House with Garden

Welcome to Love Walk! We're 3 female professionals living in this beautiful shared house. It's old and has its issues but it's a beautiful and fun, peaceful place to live.

THE DETAILS:
We operate a shared house with shared responsibilities - we all pitch in to keep the place looking and feeling like a home. We take join responsibility for cleaning and tidying, maintaining the (awesome, huge) garden, watering the many plants, getting in touch with the landlady for household needs, etc. We like to hang out but also like to do our own things! We host the occasional dinner party or movie night with friends/partners and like to tackle a pub quiz together every once in a while. Alex and Marie are currently working on feng-shui-ing the living rooms. :-)

YOU:
We're looking for a female professional in her 30s (ish) who is socially laid back and easygoing, but happy to do her part to contribute to keeping the house awesome (fun, friendly, clean, stress-free, safe, respectful, etc.).

TIMELINE:
Our lovely flatmate Kat has bought her own place (yay for her, sad for us!) and is in the typical chain of uncertainty with moving dates. We anticipate that the room will be available at the end of September or the end of October but honestly it could be somewhere in between (or a bit later). We're keen to find the right person to complete the house but who has flexibility with their moving date. We appreciate this may be challenging, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way!

We'll be showing the house and interviewing potential housemates on the 28th and 29th of September 2024.

US:
Alex/Katie: Has lived here for two years, works in precious metal bespoke commissions, loves reading, history, a good brunch and a solid workout.

Marie: Has lived here for two years, works from home in international music education, loves theatre, culture, and cocktails, sings in a choir, dog sits occasionally.

Ankita: Has been here for 10+ years! Lives upstairs on the top floor, works in publishing (mostly from home with a few office days), loves dogs and opera.
