Room in Brixton/Camberwell

I have a spare bedroom available in my apartment. The apartment is very spacious, recently refurbed and fully furnished. Bills aren’t included but come to £100-£150pp a month.

I am 26, originally from South Africa, and have been in the UK for 3 years. I work in Farringdon and have a mix of going in and WFH. But work in my room.

I am looking for someone or a couple who wants to be mates and hang out, enjoy a cheeky glass of wine, trip to the pub or a movie night in but equally has their own life and bits going on.

Want this to be a shared home for all of us, and that comes with being respectful towards one another.

Also please note that the landlord is putting the flat on the market but has informed me it will take 6 months (and that’s if it sells straight away)
