Hello! We have a room available in our house in Camberwell / Peckham 🌞
* We’re in a small gated development of six houses, a mix of renters and owners. It’s very safe, with CCTV and an electric gate and a large communal garden with furniture and washing line etc. that you’re free to use!
* The bedroom comes with a double bed, large double wardrobe and chest of drawers and is easily the biggest that I’ve had - great for working from home
* Location is a dream! Slap-bang in between Camberwell and Peckham, opposite South London Gallery. 10-15 min walk to Peckham Rye overground & Bellenden Road. The same distance to the centre of Camberwell and a smug 2 mins from Toad bakery.
* The house is spread across three floors. You’d be sharing with a couple who have the top floor and one other girl. There’s a bathroom on each floor. Yours is next to the bedroom and shared with one other girl.
* Please note we don’t have a sitting room!!
* Price is £832 + bills which are approx £100
