Spacious double room in Brixton/Camberwell

My flatmate is moving out and have a room that will be going in my flat from the 5th of November.

It is a double spacious room, will be unfurnished except for two cupboards and a bedside table that will stay behind. It has a joint on suite bathroom (just a sink and toilet) as the main bathroom is downstairs.

About me: I am 26, will be 27 in November. Originally from South Africa. I work as an account manager in Farringdon and usually go in twice to three times a week. I am looking for someone who wants to be mates and hang out, go out together and do bits as well as chilled nights in. But equally have their own lives and bits going on ☺️

Please note: the flat is going on the market so it could be selling and this would be a rolling contract. If sells we will have three months. P. S, my landlord is a property developer so has ensured me that when the flat sells, he allow us to move into one of his vacant properties within the SW area :) so a space is guaranteed and secured.
