I’m looking for someone to take over my room next month! The room is on the top floor of a three storey townhouse, looking over a beautiful park in leafy Camberwell. The room is private, bright, and comes semi-furnished with a double bed.

The house has three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, and you will be living with two lovely housemates, Anna and Juan, in their early-mid 30s. Both love cooking, gardening and dancing salsa, and the house has a very warm and cosy atmosphere. Looking for someone 30+ who could fit their vibe!

The house is 6 minutes’ walk from a bus stop, 10 minutes from Denmark Hill station, and a 15-20 minute bus ride from Oval station. It’s also 5 minutes’ walk from Camberwell’s famous Toad bakery 🐸

£576 excluding bills (£120-150pcm) move in date flexible. Lease ends June 2025 with a break clause likely to be activated by the landlord. Possibly as early as December, but likely Jan or Feb. Looking for someone to sign on in my place. Booking viewings asap.
