The communal space includes an open plan kitchen/lounge area which is light & bright with big windows and 3rd floor views; A breakfast counter, two large sofas and a 40" TV.

3 MONTH INITIAL LET Oct/Nov/Dec - then a rolling monthly from Jan 1st (as flat is being sold)

The available bedroom has an en suite (shower, toilet and sink) with a double bed, desk (& potentially other furniture plus a private balcony.

Heating is through ceiling panels. Bills are split 50/50 with current tenant. The flat is on the third floor of a converted warehouse with secure shared entrance.

The landlord is a private owner, NOT an agency and an old friend of the current tenant. Only fees outside bills would be £900 deposit and reference check (covered by the landlord).

You'd be sharing with MARK, a web developer in in his 40s who is friendly and pretty laid back.

Contract: initially 3 months
Rolling monthly w 30 days notice after Jan 1st.
