Room with double bed near Burgess Park

Hi there

We are looking for 1 person to rent a room in a spacious flat with its own garden and friendly neighbours. The room is available immediately.

A cat or dog it would be seriously considered as our cat passed away in 2019..

The house overlooks the back of Burgess Park at the bottom of Southampton Way, just a few bus stops away from Elephant and Castle tube station.

The flat is a Victorian purpose built maisonette with central heating, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave, TV and social dining area and virgin fibre-optic broadband WIFI which is very very fast.

The room has a great bed, large wardrobe and large radiator.

There is a spare box-room as well with a single bed for when our friends come to stay.

The garden catches the sun most of the day and there is a pub style bench, seating, BBQ and disco shed with turntable etc.

The rent is £600 per calendar month all inclusive with a one month deposit and with a calendar month notice period.

There are two of us and we are easy going but tidy and looking for someone the same to share the house as if it was theirs too.
